Delivery Policy
Delivery times given on this website are indicative only.
All deliveries are made through a third party contractor and whilst Martin Aircraft Company Ltd (MACL) will do everything possible to ensure your delivery is sent on time and in good order it cannot guarantee delivery times or the condition of your product upon arrival.
If your delivery has not arrived within a week of the estimated delivery time please advise us.
Returns Policy
Upon receipt of your goods, if you are not entirely happy, please contact us within 10 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We will refund or exchange your purchase if the goods are returned to us within 14 days of notification. Goods must be returned in original condition and at your cost. If you wish to exchange your product, delivery will be at your cost. We will, however, refund the costs associated with returning the goods if they are found to be faulty. Refunds will be credited to the original account from which your payment was made.
